Rong Qing looked a bit surprised and somewhat uncomfortable, saying, “Master, you don’t have to be this way. No matter what decision you make, I have no right to question it.”
“Speaking of which… I might have gotten the data wrong back then, which is why I was angry with you.”
Rusnian did not think of Rong Qing as a robot and felt the need to consult him. He solemnly said, “This matter concerns you, how could I not ask you?”
“Also, don’t call me Master from now on, just call me by my name.”
Rong Qing’s thinking pattern could be changed later, but this title had to be corrected as soon as possible.
“Mas… uh, Sinian.” Rong Qing instinctively started to call him Master but changed his address as soon as Rusnian shot him a glance.
Watching Rong Qing quietly clean the shelves like a well-behaved child, Zhōu·Rusnian·Ba skin felt an unusual sense of guilt and allowed Rong Qing to sit on the sofa first.
He gave a command and made a gesture; upon being told to sit on the sofa, Rong Qing obediently put down the rag in his hand and sat down.
Rusnian temporarily set aside his thoughts and opened the system panel.
To exchange a body for Rong Qing, he had spent all his energy coins in one go, leading to an awkward situation where he had no money left in the system, leaving him unable to restock.
What he had left were the unsold goods on the shelf, which might help alleviate his urgent needs.
After checking the empty energy coin balance, Rusnian sighed, unable to bear looking any longer.
Today, a few scattered customers came by, most not to purchase anything, but to specifically thank Rusnian for his help, and they bought a few items on the side.
Even so, it was a drop in the bucket. Having experienced days with hundreds of thousands of energy coins before, Rusnian could no longer feel satisfied with such a small amount.
He calculated that even if he sold everything at the counter, he might only earn fifty to sixty thousand energy coins, just enough to restart his business.
Was this what it felt like to wake up back in the old days?
A ringing sound came; someone entered the door.
Rusnian looked up and was slightly taken aback; it was his old acquaintance, Wallis.
Since Calderra was ravaged by the ice toad centipedes, the entire city had been on lockdown, and Wallis certainly couldn’t enter. Now that the matter was settled and the lockdown lifted, he had rushed over immediately.
“I’ve heard you solved a big problem for His Majesty the King,” Wallis said cheerfully, “And I have good news for you.”
“The Fusheng Office has officially been established. There are now seven cities in the alliance, and this is the earnings from our last sale.”
Someone behind Wallis carried in a heavy box, and when the lid was opened, golden coins sparkled inside—a whole box full of gold coins!
He continued, “The Fusheng Office’s business model is pre-sale; these are all deposits. My caravan will regularly send people to collect the goods and deliver them to other cities.”
“By the way, I heard that because you saved Calderra, His Majesty the King is very grateful and has decided to exempt you from taxes. From now on, all the profits from the Fusheng Office will belong to you.”
Rusnian never expected such a surprise to come so quickly. He took the account book Wallis handed him, which detailed the pre-sale quantities of each Fusheng Office, so future stock replenishment could be done according to this table.
“There are a total of fourteen thousand eight hundred sixty-three gold coins here.” Before Rusnian could even drop all the coins into the cash register, Rong Qing directly stated the exact number.
Just by this transaction, the earnings could amount to over a hundred thousand energy coins. With a few more sales, it would quickly exceed a million energy coins.

Chapter 28: Infinite Flow Dimension
That evening, Rusnian stood at the edge of the bed, staring at Rong Qing.
Rusnian rubbed his temples in frustration, ultimately relenting.
“Forget it, let’s just sleep together.”
Before he finished speaking, Rong Qing had already crawled into the blanket, his eyes sparkling.
Data told him that humans needed to sleep while lying in bed.
Rusnian lay down on the other side of the bed; fortunately, it was big enough for them not to feel cramped.
Before he could reach to turn off the light, the room suddenly went dark; the light had already been turned off.
Rong Qing’s voice came from his side: “Master, I heard that the light should be turned off when sleeping.”
Rusnian’s corrections during the day had had little effect; except for the first time, Rong Qing was still very insistent about calling him Master.
“Hmm.” Rusnian lightly agreed, falling silent afterward; the room became tranquil.
He still needed to sell the remaining stock and settle the orders Wallis brought in tomorrow; it wouldn’t be easy, so it was best to get some rest.
However, despite this, it was the first time Rusnian shared a bed with someone while fully conscious, and despite numerous attempts to fall asleep, he was unsuccessful, instead disturbing Rong Qing.
His voice was clear and carried a hint of confusion: “…Master?”
After a pause, he seemed to realize something, moved slightly, the sound of fabric rustling broke the silence, and without waiting for Rusnian to refuse, he felt sudden warmth on his eyes.
It was Rong Qing’s hand.
Rong Qing quietly covered Rusnian’s eyes with his palm; the slightly warm touch sent a shiver through every nerve in Rusnian’s body.
He lowered his voice, and in the silent space, it felt especially gentle: “Master, sleep now.”
It’s rather magical; the completely unyielding Rusnian, who had no drowsiness, fell into a daze and drifted into sleep as he quietly accompanied him, having an uneventful night.
