The empty private room was filled with the presence of a strong man, whose particularly thin and frail figure, coupled with an ambiguous sitting posture, easily led one to think in a certain direction.
For instance, one could imagine a helpless person being forcefully seized, clearly disliking the domineering man yet being compelled to stay by his side.
Compelled to fulfill a particular kind of special contract, reluctantly and defiantly accepting the reality.
Cori inexplicably thought of the pretty little streamer he had seen earlier in the afternoon.
They were wearing the same outfit; however, this style was not particularly rare, so it wasn’t abnormal for them to have similar clothing.
Moreover, the pretty little streamer had just messaged him saying she had gone home—how could she possibly appear here?
Cori’s expression relaxed a little.
How could he become entangled with such an intimidating-looking man and even take the initiative to embrace him?
[Scared to death!]
[I thought my wife was about to crash; I’m shocked.]
[Why am I so nervous just watching someone eat… speechless.]

Evan looked at Yan Chuan in confusion as he picked up the spoon again and slowly drank the sweet soup.
His shirt was neat, the collar properly arranged, as if nothing had just happened.
The person who had done something wrong looked relaxed, obediently sipping soup, while Evan sat stiffly in his place.
Evan suddenly felt very uneasy.
He felt like a tool that had been used and tossed aside.
The pretty little employee appeared to be so obedient, but after spending time together, Evan had already realized that beneath his obedient and soft exterior lay a wicked mind.
For instance, he refused to wear a skirt in front of Evan, yet was willing to do so while going out to watch a match, offering only a dismissive explanation.
Now someone had come in, suddenly hugging him, burying his face against Evan’s chest.
It was still just a fleeting moment.
The soft touch was gone in an instant, yet Evan felt a slight itch under his chin.
When Yan Chuan actively embraced him, his fine black hair brushed against Evan’s chin, causing a slight itch there.
Now that they had put some distance between them, that slight itchy sensation lingered.
Evan pressed his lips together, unable to blame Yan Chuan, and could only whisper, “Just now…”
Those dark, lustrous eyes looked at him, and Evan carefully chose his words, hesitating, “Why do you suddenly want to hug me?”
He even pondered some absurd answers in his mind, like whether it was because the temperature was low, and Yan Chuan, wearing a skirt, was so slender, surely more sensitive to the cold than others.
Or perhaps he was shy about being seen, having thin skin.
Or maybe, the pretty little employee has a bit of feelings for him?
Author’s Note:
Flirting with two men in one chapter is a breakthrough for Yan Bao and also for me (applause)!
Adding an extra 6,000 words, yay!
Chapter 48: The Dress-Up Streamer 15
Evan’s gaze fell on the person next to him.
The private room had bright lights, steam rising from the round table, and Yan Chuan quietly sat beside him, sipping a small bowl of sweet soup.
His slightly longer hair hung on his shoulders, and his snow-white cheeks were flushed from the heat, looking rosy.
His posture seemed somewhat constrained, hands resting on the table, knees together, gingerly sipping from a small ceramic spoon.
He appeared so obedient.
He had a delicate and beautiful appearance, round eyes with slightly upturned outer corners, which made him look like he had little hooks when viewed from the side, his thick, curled lashes dark and lush.
His lips were bright red and plump, with a bit of sweet soup residue on them, glistening.
During a brief pause, his wet red tongue peeked out slightly, slowly brushing against his lower lip.
He was still wearing a skirt, the hem short, revealing his slender and straight legs without any obstruction.
Evan was completely mesmerized.
“Because…” Yan Chuan put down his spoon, seemingly considering his words, and began to explain, “Someone came over earlier, and I didn’t want others to see me there, thinking you were a bad man who kept a mistress.”
“Reputation is important for men,” Yan Chuan spoke to Evan in a tone mimicking the fans in the livestream: “If the word gets out that you keep a mistress, everyone will think you’re a bad guy, and no one will want to be with you anymore.”
“They’ll gossip about you behind your back, thinking you’re a loose man with no self-respect, secretly speaking ill of you, looking down on you.”
“You’ll definitely regret ruining your reputation later.”
The fans in the livestream loved giving such advice to Cori and the others.
For example, using Evan’s name to warn Cori not to lead others astray, fearing it would upset him, although Yan Chuan had no objections to this.
They also liked to reference men who were once flirty in their youth but ended up lonely in old age, to illustrate why Cori and the others couldn’t be fickle.
They would say that a man with a pure heart and good moral standing would be rewarded by heaven with a beautiful wife as long as he worked hard to learn various life skills.
Although this was merely an extension of a discussion about whether to team up with others in gaming…
While Yan Chuan was livestreaming games, he spent less time reading the comments, yet the most profound impression left by the barrage was this:
Encouraging Cori to be a good and principled boy.
Evan also found this applicable to him, even though at his age he was no longer a boy but a man.
Clearly, this advice was also impactful to Evan, whose tall and handsome visage was momentarily dazed.
After a moment, Evan quickly replied, “I’m not that kind of bad man!”
Fearing that Yan Chuan might misunderstand him, he even began to stutter a bit: “I have never dated anyone; I have always cherished my reputation, and you are the first person I’ve gotten close to.”
“I am different from those bad men who don’t value themselves.”
Evan expounded extensively to convey the point that he still preserved his precious virginity.
Yan Chuan thought for a moment and added, “I understand now, so I can’t let others see.”
