Night Lin Yuan frowned slightly, but when he saw the hands held by Duan Jia Mu and Jiang Che, the furrow in his brow relaxed a bit.
Tong Sui said, “This is my first time here, and I don’t know what to do.”
“Then let’s go together?”
Duan Jia Mu and Jiang Che walked ahead while Tong Sui and the others followed behind.
Little Fat said, “I heard there’s a super thrilling roller coaster here. Almost everyone who goes on it ends up crying; it’s a must for Alphas!”
Tong Sui looked at the towering roller coaster, feeling a bit weak in the knees. “Actually, I think—”
Little Fat chuckled, “Sui Ge, you’re not chickenin’ out, are you?”
“Who said I’m chicken? I’ll go!”
But after they actually sat down, Tong Sui started to regret it. They ended up in the front row, and as the height gradually increased, there was no barrier in front of them.
Tong Sui looked at Night Lin Yuan sitting next to him.
His expression was completely relaxed, as if he was simply eating and drinking.
When they reached the highest point, Tong Sui’s heart raced. Suddenly, the cart plunged down violently!
The sound of wind and screams rushed past his ears.
His hand was tightly held.
Amidst the clamor, he heard Night Lin Yuan’s voice cutting through all the noise: “Don’t be scared, I’ll hold on to you tightly.”
After the roller coaster made its dizzying loop, most tourists were clutching trees and about to vomit. Even the previously loud Little Fat couldn’t stand anymore.
Tong Sui felt a churn in his stomach; his face turned pale.
“Wait for me a moment.”
Night Lin Yuan walked steadily and quickly toward a vendor not far away.
When he returned, he had a bottle of water in his hand.
He twisted open the cap and handed it to Tong Sui, “Drink some water; it will help with the discomfort.”
Tong Sui weakly rested his hand on the water bottle while Night Lin Yuan held it for him. Tong Sui swallowed in small sips.
The nauseous feeling was mostly alleviated.
Seeing this, Duan Jia Mu also ran to buy a bottle of water for Jiang Che.
Only Huang Mao and Little Fat were left wide-eyed, staring.
Little Fat nudged the equally distressed Huang Mao with his foot, “Go help buy a bottle of water!”
“Why don’t you go yourself!”
“My legs are weak, waaa.”
After a while, Tong Sui finally felt better.
Little Fat suggested going to play other main attractions.
Tong Sui felt a bit apprehensive.
Night Lin Yuan said, “I feel unwell with these rides, so I won’t go. Tong Sui can’t accompany me either.”
“Huh?”
The others looked at Night Lin Yuan, who hadn’t screamed once since the beginning and had just had the energy to run off to buy water.
In Night Lin Yuan’s eyes, these things were merely large toys. Even with eyes closed, he could probably go ten times without uttering a sound.
Instead, they looked at Tong Sui, clearly worried that his precious might not handle it well.
Night Lin Yuan asked, “Do you all have something else to do?”
The group looked startled and quickly disappeared faster than rabbits.
Tong Sui let out a sigh of relief, pulling Night Lin Yuan, who stood in front of him, and laid his head against his waist. “I feel so uncomfortable.”
“We won’t come again next time.”
Night Lin Yuan seated him, gently massaging his stomach.
Tong Sui just finished drinking water, with some droplets still on his lips. “Don’t you feel disappointed? We just got here.”
Night Lin Yuan replied, “Not at all.”
Tong Sui paused for a moment.
Then he recalled the haunted house not far away and remembered Night Lin Yuan wanted to take him to watch a horror movie before. Gritting his teeth, he said, “Let’s go to the haunted house; I want to try it.”
Night Lin Yuan raised an eyebrow, “You’re not scared anymore?”
“Not scared; let’s go queue,” Tong Sui said, tugging Night Lin Yuan in the direction of the haunted house, spotting several Alphas crying as they emerged.
His steps slowed down.
Is it really that scary?
Night Lin Yuan suggested, “How about we try something else, like the carousel?”
Tong Sui glanced at the carousel filled with children and dragged Night Lin Yuan into the queue.
He huffed, “Night Lin Yuan, do you look down on me?”
“How could I,”
Night Lin Yuan lowered his voice to a level only they could hear, “You’re so incredible in bed.”
Tong Sui’s face turned red.
He released Night Lin Yuan’s hand, just as someone ahead moved forward significantly, causing him to hurry to catch up.
Night Lin Yuan followed close behind.
Although he stood behind Tong Sui, they were very close, so close that they could feel each other’s warmth.
Tong Sui said, “You’re standing too close.”
Night Lin Yuan asked, “Aren’t you scared?”
Tong Sui retorted, “I’m not scared at all; I’ll walk the whole thing myself, no need for your help.”
The line moved quickly, and many people were let in at once.
They squeezed to the very front of this batch.
The moment Tong Sui entered, he felt a rush of cool air. However, considering the need to keep moving, he steeled his resolve and walked forward.
The ominous sound effects and cold breeze made Tong Sui feel increasingly chilly.
The lighting was dim.
He could barely see the ground beneath him and could only rely on his instincts to walk ahead.
Just after turning a corner, a bloody doll suddenly hung down.
Tong Sui was startled and cried out, slipping on the ground.
A hand reached out, steadying him, and his back collided into the familiar embrace.
Night Lin Yuan said softly, “This way.”
Tong Sui’s mind turned blank as Night Lin Yuan half-dragged and half-carried him in the opposite direction.
Just after they had moved away, an NPC jumped out from the shadows, surrounding the group of players behind them; screams and cries faded into the distance.
Night Lin Yuan pulled Tong Sui into a standing iron cabinet and shut the iron door.
The chaotic footsteps echoed not far away.
Tong Sui swallowed nervously, his heart racing.
