Tong Sui silently accepted his fate with a soft hum.
The next second, he was met with a more fervent kiss in response.
He lost track of how long Ye Linyuan kissed him until footsteps echoed in the distance, prompting him to muster his final strength and push against Ye Linyuan.
Fortunately, the passerby took a different path and didn’t spot them.
Ye Linyuan gazed deeply at him, his lips curling slightly in lingering desire.
Tong Sui quickly exclaimed, “No more kissing!”
“Okay.” Ye Linyuan’s hand slipped around his waist, and with Tong Sui already weak in the knees, he lifted him off the ground. “Let’s go back.”
Tong Sui clutched his clothing, “Y-you can’t carry me like this; someone will see…”
“There’s no one here.”
Ye Linyuan securely held him as they walked back, coaxing him, “When we reach a crowded area, I’ll set you down.”
“Mm…”
Tong Sui leaned against his chest, clearly hearing the strong and rhythmic heartbeat, gradually relaxing his shoulders.
The hovercar had an autonomous driving feature.
Ye Linyuan carried Tong Sui to the edge of the road outside the park, opened the door, and placed him inside.
He then walked around to get in on the other side.
The hovercar drove into the area under the school dormitory, and by then, Tong Sui had mostly regained his composure; he unbuckled his seatbelt.
“I’m getting off now.”
“Mm, but wait a moment.” Ye Linyuan leaned down and gently hugged him, saying, “I’m very happy to have you accompany me today.”
Ye Linyuan added, “How about we watch a horror movie next time?”
Tong Sui immediately protested, “No!”
Ye Linyuan laughed lightly, “Just kidding.” He ruffled Tong Sui’s soft hair, “It’s getting late, time to go up.”
When Tong Sui got out of the car, he felt somewhat floaty, probably because he had been carried the whole way and had somewhat forgotten how to walk.
Seeing him in this state, the system clicked its tongue, [You’re already dazed from the kiss? You’re beyond help.]
Tong Sui chuckled, “Hehe.”
The system remarked, [Your expression looks silly.]
Ignoring the system’s comments, Tong Sui returned to his dorm to gather his clothes for a shower.
Once he stripped off his clothes and stood under the hot water, he realized the numerous marks on his body were undeniably excessive.
Because he had fair skin, the marks looked particularly pronounced.
Most were remnants from last night.

The photo was slightly blurry but vaguely showed water droplets on his skin, with eye-catching red marks on his delicate skin.

Tong Sui: [Just wait.]
A while later, several photos from different angles popped up.
Tong Sui: [Can you see clearly now?]
Ye Linyuan: [Move it down a bit.]
Tong Sui sent a few more pictures.
Ye Linyuan carefully browsed each photo, saving them all before replying, [How about we do a video call?]
Tong Sui realized, [No way, I haven’t put my clothes on yet.]
Ye Linyuan raised an eyebrow at the photos where Tong Sui was almost fully exposed, surprised he was only realizing it now.
Ye Linyuan: [Mm, I’ll bring you some medicine tomorrow at noon.]
Tong Sui casually replied, “Okay.”
Though the marks looked serious, they didn’t hurt.
He finished dressing and lay down to sleep.
Perhaps because he had resolved his most critical internal conflict, Tong Sui no longer avoided Ye Linyuan.
They met at lunch and after class in the afternoons.
Their interactions shifted from simple meals and study sessions to something more.
Before they knew it, a month flew by.
Little Fat sat beside Tong Sui, who had gradually grown accustomed to seeing him yawn repeatedly, watching him like someone who had been out all night.
He also found various marks on his own body from time to time, sometimes on his neck or wrist.
Little Fat had seen Alphas in relationships before, just never one so fierce.
He couldn’t help but think that this Omega was quite intense, always pushing boundaries, yet Tong Sui appeared utterly unaware of how much he was being led around.
In class, the teacher suddenly announced, “Students, we will conclude our theoretical study of mechs for now. Over the next week, we’ll be going to the external mech base for practical training.”
The classroom erupted with cheers and excited whispers.
For the naturally thrill-seeking Alphas, learning to operate mechs was incredibly cool.
After all, knowledge on paper was always too abstract; nothing compared to personally experiencing the mechs.
Everyone was excited, except for Tong Sui, who sluggishly propped himself up from his desk, “An external base? That sounds very far away.”
The teacher replied, “Yes, so you need to pack your things in advance. We’ll assemble early tomorrow morning and return in a week.”
Tong Sui frowned, appearing reluctant.
Other students thought the same; to them, something so rare could easily be mundane to someone else.
After class, Tong Sui went to Ye Linyuan’s office to find him.
Ye Linyuan was still in a meeting.
He waited outside for a while, and once the meeting concluded, Tong Sui walked in.
“What brings you here?” Ye Linyuan closed the office door and affectionately leaned against him, asking quietly, “Shall we go out for a meal?”
“Not today,” Tong Sui replied, “You won’t see me for a week.”
Ye Linyuan frowned, “A week?”
Tong Sui explained, “Mm, we’re going for practical training at the mech base, and I have to head back to my dorm to pack my things.”
Ye Linyuan clicked his tongue, glancing at his packed schedule filled with various tasks; he frowned, deciding to stop looking.
“I’ll come find you then.”
Tong Sui said, “If you’re too busy, then don’t come. A video call will suffice.”
